The attack on teacher Samuel Paty caused a stir in society. Teachers from all over the world felt directly affected by the attack. Many teachers feel that too little thought is given to the sometimes extreme consequences of teaching certain subjects. How do you make complex themes such as terrorism, political violence, freedom of speech and corona conspiracies discussable?

TerInfo helps teachers in primary, secondary and MBO education to discuss terrorism and political violence in the classroom. In this interactive session, the audience will enter into a discussion with TerInfo staff, experts, students and teachers about discussing these subjects in the classroom. By offering multimedia material, factual knowledge, historical context and pedagogical tools, TerInfo supports teachers in increasing the resilience of children and young people to political violence, terrorism and other forms of disruptive moments.
